We are looking for caring, reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our team, supporting residents with high‑quality, person‑centred care.
The Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support residents with their day‑to‑day needs, helping them feel comfortable, respected, and supported.
You will:
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, mobility, and meals
- Promote dignity, independence, and choice
- Support residents with daily routines and social engagement
- Monitor wellbeing and report any changes
- Maintain accurate care records and support handovers
- Work collaboratively as part of the care team
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
About You
- Caring, patient, and reliable
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Positive, respectful, and person‑centred
- Previous care experience desirable but not essential (full training provided)
- Willingness to learn and develop
