M&M Supply is an education recruitment agency working in partnership with a number of Primary/Secondary and SEN Schools in Bristol. We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support children and help them reach there potential.
We have just signed a new agreement with a multi academy trust with 47 Primary schools across the South West, meaning plenty of opportunities.
We offer roles from day to day/short term cover and also Long term/temp to perm roles. SEN not for you? Much rather work in a mainstream setting? We also work with several schools within the mainstream setting across the county.

About the Role
As an Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with a range of Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
- Support learners with ASD, ADHD, SEMH needs, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs
- Working with Primary and Secondary aged children
- Assist in delivering personalised learning programmes tailored to individual needs and support plans
- Promote positive behaviour strategies in line with school policies
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social development
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams
- Support pupils with personal care needs where required
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals who:
- Have experience working with children or young people with school experience (care, youth work, support work or similar)
- Are patient, empathetic, and resilient
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Are confident supporting pupils with additional behavioural or emotional needs
- Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to obtain one)
Experience within specialist settings or working with pupils with complex needs would be highly advantageous.
