The Pick Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch while ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. The role is essential in maintaining excellent order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pick customer orders accurately using picking lists or handheld scanners.
* Pack products securely to prevent damage during transport.
* Label and prepare orders for dispatch.
* Check orders for accuracy before shipment.
* Load and unload deliveries safely.
* Assist with stock replenishment and stock rotation.
* Carry out stock counts and report any discrepancies.
* Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
* Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
* Assist with receiving and storing incoming goods.
* Report damaged or missing stock to the warehouse supervisor.
* Work as part of the warehouse team to meet daily productivity targets.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
