We have recently acquired the assets and intellectual property of Activewear Group Ltd following the previous company entering Administration.

The business and its Odoo 18 ecommerce website were operating until approximately 7 July 2026. At this stage, we are not looking to rebuild or redesign the system.
Our immediate objective is to get the existing website and Odoo system operating and taking customer orders again substantially as they did before.
We would like to arrange an initial practical working session tomorrow:
UK time: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
India time: 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm IST
During this session, we would like you to work remotely with our UK team and assess the existing Odoo system and website.
The immediate priorities are:
- Review the existing Odoo 18 setup and activeweargroup.com.
- Check the ecommerce website and identify anything preventing us from trading.
- Connect our new GHC UK Ltd PayPal Business account.
- Review the existing payment gateway configuration, including Stripe and other payment options.
- Complete a test purchase through the website from checkout through to payment and Odoo.
- Confirm the sales order is correctly created within Odoo.
- Check customer order and payment confirmation emails.
- Review existing stock quantities and help update Odoo to reflect the physical stock we have acquired.
- Confirm new orders correctly reserve or reduce stock.
- Check product pricing, VAT, delivery charges, shipping methods and checkout configuration.
- Check our ability to edit products, prices, stock and website content.
- Identify any other immediate issues preventing the website from safely accepting and processing customer orders.
Please do not make significant changes, install modules, alter code or change existing customisations without our approval.
The important point is that this was a functioning ecommerce business until July. We therefore want to preserve the existing setup wherever possible, get it trading first and then assess the wider system and any improvements required.
This initial session will also allow us to assess your practical Odoo knowledge and understand what you can do. If things go well, there is potential for ongoing work supporting Activewear Group and our other businesses.
