Duties
- Clients and customers
- Plan delivery routes efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals at designated locations
- Load and unload items with care, ensuring products are secured during transit
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips, reporting any issues promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during deliveries
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules or issues
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with lwb van or commercial driving experience
- Valid driving licence suitable for operating vans
- Strong knowledge of driving regulations and safety standards within the UK
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan routes efficiently
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during deliveries
- Physical fitness to load, unload, and handle goods safely
- Prior experience with delivery driver roles is highly desirable

Pay: £130.00-£170.00 per day
