The Company
Metro Rod Lancashire is a well-established franchise with over 8 years’ extensive experience in the B2B and B2C drainage and plumbing market. We have built a loyal and dedicated team of highly skilled technical and administrative staff and are keen to grow this to support our vision of providing exceptional customer care and service delivery.
Metro Rod nationally offers 24/7 365 days per week emergency drainage and plumbing services to both commercial and domestic customers and has many blue-chip clients as many public-sector bodies and local authorities.
The Role
We are now actively seeking talented and experienced CCTV engineer to join our busy team covering the mid Lancashire area – ranging from North Manchester, through Bury, Bolton and Wigan as far as Blackpool and Clitheroe. If you enjoy variety in your working life – our business is for you. No two days are the same and there is always a wide and varied stream of jobs from a prestigious range of clients.
The Person
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Have experience operating CCTV drainage survey equipment and producing survey reports.
- Have experience carrying out reactive maintenance, fault finding, or drainage-related works.
- Be flexible, hard-working, and confident in dealing with customers.
- Be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and support staff.
- Be capable of working independently and managing your workload.
- Be willing to participate in an on-call rota, including occasional unsociable hours and night work.
- Hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
