What will you do?

Manage a varied conveyancing caseload from instruction to post completion

Advise a full and varied range of clients

This caseload will involve: sales & purchases, equity release, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, lease extensions, freehold, leasehold, newbuild & affordable housing and auctions

Where appropriate, manage complex cases such as creation of new easements, adverse possession, relinquishing easements or covenants

Develop & maintain relationships with introducers
About you:

- You should have at least 3 years conveyancing experience from a law firm background
