As an Assistant Change Manager, you will:

Support the implementation of strategic initiatives that enhance our operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.

Assist in developing change management strategies that ensure smooth transitions.

Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.

Proven experience in change management or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

A proactive approach to driving change and innovation.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience in project management methodologies.

Familiarity with data analysis tools.

A background in retail or customer service sectors.
