Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Master Data co-ordinator to join an established team in Dyrham, 100% onsite role. As an Artisan and Fine Foods market leader, we are seeking an Individual to join established teams. The appointed person shall be an established and Master Data Coordinator with a history of proven competence.
Overview
The role of Master Data co-Ordinator within both The Fine Cheese Co. and Artisan Biscuits is to maintain and improve the data within our ERP system. The role will work closely with many internal stakeholders to ensure all the data within the system is maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain, create, and update master data records within the company's ERP and associated business systems
- Input and maintain prices in the system
- Support BOM set up for materials and ensure labour and energy info is completed at the same time
- Set up new bought in materials
- Run some standard weekly, monthly, quarterly reports such as packaging compliance and weekly labour reporting
- Support the finance team in month end stock valuation
- Standard uploads for material, labour and energy prices
- Customer set up and credit limits
- Data validation ensuring UOM issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Support stock corrections and validations with the site teams
- Regular audits checking quality control- closed sales orders / works orders shut
- Governance- lead the business on codes and makes of products so that it is consistent
Pre requisite knowledge, skills and experience:
- An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Master Data role previously in manufacturing
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Tropos and/or ERP experience (Essential)
- The ability to work alone on own initiative and with other teams throughout the business
- Ability to build relationships throughout the business
- Organised with an eye for detail
- Confident to challenge
- Flexibility in their approach to work
- Attention to detail

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,100.00 per year
