We're looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to lead the implementation of voluntary staff exit schemes across designated Care Groups and Divisions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with strong project management and employee relations experience to play a key role in delivering a high-profile workforce transformation programme.
Working within the People Directorate, you'll partner with senior leaders, managers and key stakeholders to deliver complex HR projects that support organisational change while ensuring colleagues receive exceptional support throughout the process.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the implementation of time-limited voluntary staff exit schemes across allocated Care Groups and Divisions.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees throughout every stage of the process.
- Build strong relationships with Directors, senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, Trust policies and scheme requirements.
- Manage project timelines, priorities and risks while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
- Line manage an HR Advisor and HR Administrator, providing coaching, support and leadership.
About you
We're looking for someone who can confidently manage complex HR projects and build credibility with stakeholders at every level. You'll be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Significant experience in HR project management or organisational change.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- CIPD Level 6 qualified (Desirable)
- Experience supporting restructures, workforce change or organisational transformation.
- The ability to interpret complex information and provide practical, commercially focused HR solutions.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach to work.
