The OD Partner will lead organisational development, learning, training and development projects and programmes across the Trust and within divisions and services. Working with management teams, you will facilitate service change, improvement and transformation to support employee engagement and alignment with Trust objectives.
You will provide a proactive OD and learning service, identifying development needs and skills gaps, designing and delivering interventions, and evaluating their impact. You will also promote career development, retention, equity, diversity, inclusion and engagement initiatives that support Trust objectives and improve patient care.
The successful candidate will have significant OD, learning and leadership experience and a strong understanding of HR and OD can positively influence patient experience, quality, efficiency and organisational performance.
We are looking for 1 Full time and 1 Part time role.
The OD Partner will be responsible for a portfolio of corporate OD, learning, training and development projects and programmes. They will also work with divisional senior management teams to facilitate service change, improvement and transformation to ensure employee engagement and alignment with Trust strategic objectives.
The purpose of the role is to provide a proactive OD and learning service, from the design of diagnostic tools, identifying development needs and skills gaps, to the design and delivery of OD & learning interventions and programmes. Also, the evaluation of the impact of the interventions in meeting and supporting change and transformation to meet divisional and strategic objectives and to improve patient care.
In line with the Trust People Strategy and OD Plan and working closely with senior leaders and staff, the post holder will lead on all aspects of work associated with the modernisation, engagement, and motivation of the workforce. They will develop, lead and evaluate organisational development interventions using a range of OD approaches in areas such as staff engagement, equality and diversity, Leadership and management development, team working, reward and recognition and other OD initiatives.
