A well-established and highly regarded West End law firm is seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy and growing Property team. The firm acts for a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, property investors, developers, and private clients across a broad range of residential property matters.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, with the support of an experienced team where required.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- High-value residential transactions
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- New-build purchases
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement matters
- Acting for landlords and tenants
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
- Assisting with business development and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years' PQE
- Strong experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
- Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service
- Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients would be advantageous
