Shift Time: Monday 9am - 4.30pm (30 mins lunch) , Wednesday 9am - 1pm, Friday 9am - 4.30pm (30 mins lunch)
Role Overview
Rapid Fix is seeking a professional, detail oriented Cleaning Operative to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards across LIVINGWAY ROCO a premium Build-to-Rent development centred around wellness, professionalism and community.
This role goes beyond basic cleaning duties. It is about upholding the presentation standards of a design led, wellness focused residential environment. The successful candidate will take pride in delivering consistently high, hotel-level standards across all communal areas, ensuring residents experience a clean, welcoming and professionally maintained building every day.
You will also be a visible and approachable presence on site, engaging respectfully with residents while supporting the wider operational team in maintaining excellence across the development.
Key Responsibilities
Site Presentation & Cleaning Standards
- Thoroughly clean all communal areas which can include corridors, lobbies, stairwells, resident lounges and shared facilities.
- Hoover, mop and polish floors ensuring surfaces are streak-free and professionally presented.
- Clean lift interiors including floors, mirrors, glass panels and control panels to a high finish.
- Polish glass, mirrors and stainless steel ensuring no marks or residue remain.
- Sweep and maintain external access areas including front and rear entrances.
- Empty communal bins when required and transfer waste to the main bin store in accordance with site procedures.
- Maintain shared wellness and amenity spaces to exceptional hygiene standards.
Compliance & Organisation
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists accurately and on time.
- Immediately report any Health & Safety concerns, damage or maintenance issues to your line manager.
- Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are organised, maintained and replenished appropriately.
- Follow all site Health & Safety procedures at all times.
Professional Standards
- Maintain a clean, smart and professional appearance at all times.
- Engage with residents in a polite, friendly and helpful manner.
- Represent Rapid Fix and LIVINGWAY positively through conduct and work ethic.
- Work efficiently within allocated timeframes while maintaining strong attention to detail.
The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning within hospitality, serviced apartments, hotels or large scale residential developments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards.
