Your Responsibilities
As a Sports Assistant, you'll:
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional, and engaging experience.
- Promote sports-related products, services, and campaigns to customers.
- Answer customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Build positive relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service.
- Support sports events, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Assist with event setup, product displays, and promotional materials where required.
- Process customer requests and maintain accurate records using internal systems.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve customer service and business objectives.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programmes.
