We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Kitchen Manager to join our team at The Strawberry Field, Evesham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced kitchen leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front.
The Strawberry Field is a busy, family-friendly Hungry Horse with a Wacky Warehouse, live sport, a large beer garden and a loyal customer base. We serve everything from family favourites to sizzling steaks, so we're looking for someone who can keep standards high while creating a positive, motivated kitchen team.
Job Description
What you'll be doing
As our Kitchen Manager, you'll be at the heart of the operation, leading every service with energy and confidence. You'll:

Lead by example in the kitchen, setting the pace and standards.

Inspire, coach and develop your team to be their very best.

Manage stock, ordering and GP to keep the kitchen running efficiently.

Take ownership of opening and closing procedures.

Ensure food quality, cleanliness and safety standards are consistently exceptional.

Work closely with the management team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
