Job Summary
We are looking for experience bar staff to join our team at Dariana, Londons finest events space in Wembley.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while balancing time management to serve guests promptly during busy hours
- Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age is met and uphold responsible serving practices
- Restock bar supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management proactively
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively, welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and repeat visits
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol serving practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods smoothly
- Exceptional serving skills with a focus on attentiveness and guest engagement
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
