This is a term time post (38 weeks), working Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm.

We are looking to appoint five Teaching Assistants who must be a committed and enthusiastic part of our team within ALN. The successful candidates will play a key role in supporting teachers to deliver high-quality teaching and learning, helping every student to achieve their full academic and personal potential.
Key Responsibilities
Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development- Work with individuals and small groups to promote engagement and progress in lessons
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering learning activities
- Promote high expectations of behaviour and achievement
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
