About Acodia
Acodia is a UK digital growth partner built on one belief: expert support shouldn’t be reserved for organisations with big budgets. We work across four specialist services — Learn (tech education), Launch (career development), Defend (cybersecurity), and Reach (digital marketing) — helping people build careers in tech and helping businesses grow, stay secure, and reach more customers. We’re a UK-based team that measures its work against real outcomes.
The role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who is equally comfortable creating polished marketing visuals and clear, engaging learning content. You’ll design across the Acodia brand and all four service lines, with a particular focus on Acodia Learn — producing course materials, e-learning graphics, and training collateral, and helping guide our customers and learners through that content. It’s an ideal role for a designer who can translate complex ideas into simple, visual, easy-to-follow material and enjoys helping people understand it.
What you’ll do
- Design digital and social media graphics, adverts, and marketing collateral across Learn, Launch, Defend, and Reach
- Create course materials, e-learning graphics, presentations, and training collateral for Acodia Learn
- Support and guide learners and customers — presenting visual content clearly and helping them get the most from our materials
- Keep every touchpoint consistent with Acodia’s brand and each service line’s identity
- Work closely with trainers, marketers, and clients to turn briefs into finished artwork, incorporating feedback through revision cycles
- Prepare artwork for both digital and print, managing several projects and deadlines at once
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and Webex to collaborate and run sessions
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and confident presenting to groups
- A sharp eye for layout, typography, colour, and visual consistency
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
A strong advantage
- A teaching, training, or instructional-content background — or experience producing educational/e-learning material
- Experience with publications, layout, or long-form document design
- Basic ICT troubleshooting and technical confidence
- Experience designing for social media or within a marketing environment
What we offer
- From £34,500 per year
- Varied work across four distinct brands, with genuine ownership of Acodia Learn’s visual identity
- A UK-based team where your work goes live fast and makes a visible difference
- Room to grow as Acodia scales
