Provide strategic leadership and guidance to market teams delivering retail media campaigns across key commerce platforms.

Lead relationships with global retail media and ad-tech partners, driving innovation and maximising partnership value.

Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders through proactive communication and strategic consultancy.

Create and implement consistent retail media frameworks, standards and best practices across markets.

Support capability building by sharing expertise, developing talent and enabling continuous learning across the network.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across media, commerce, production, data and technology to deliver connected solutions.

Strong experience within retail media, commerce media, digital marketing or agency environments.

Knowledge of retail media ecosystems across marketplaces, grocers and omnichannel retail environments.

Experience working with platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media, Criteo or similar solutions.

Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence at senior levels.
