We’re on the lookout for an experienced RMN or RGN who’s ready to bring skill, heart, and a splash of personality into a truly special environment. Evergreen Lodge is a vibrant, 40-bedded home supporting individuals with dementia and complex mental health needs, including residents who may present with behaviours that challenge.

What You’ll Be Getting Up To
- Assessing resident needs with confidence and clinical expertise
- Creating person-centred care plans that actually mean something
- Supporting residents with complex behaviours with patience, skill, and empathy
- Administering medication safely while turning clinical tasks into calming moments
- Monitoring changes and responding proactively (you spot things before others do)
- Working closely with families and professionals – no jargon, just clarity and compassion
- Keeping accurate, high-quality documentation (yes, we do read it!)
- Collaborating with a brilliant multidisciplinary team who genuinely support each other
- Championing dignity, safety, and outstanding care every single shift
Your Superpowers
- A valid, up-to-date NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
- Experience in dementia and/or mental health care, ideally with residents who may present with behaviours that challenge
- Confidence in clinical decision-making and risk management
- Strong communication skills – whether it’s de-escalating a situation or reassuring a family member
- Emotional intelligence, resilience, and a great sense of humour
- A genuinely caring nature – you don’t just do the job, you feel it
