Overview
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Kitchen Sales Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with clients to design customised kitchen solutions, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. Duties
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen projects
- Create detailed and visually appealing kitchen designs using Winner Design Software.
- Present design concepts to clients, explaining features and benefits clearly and confidently
- Upsell additional products or services to maximise customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Assist clients in selecting materials, colours, appliances, and accessories that suit their lifestyle and aesthetic preferences
- Organise appointments and follow up with clients throughout the sales process
- Maintain organised records of client interactions, designs, and sales documentation
- Stay informed about the latest trends in kitchen design, merchandising techniques, and product offerings
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Skills
- Proficiency in Winner Design software for creating accurate kitchen layouts would be a benefit but not essential
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective upselling techniques to enhance sales performance while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Good basic maths skills for measurements, calculations, and budgeting purposes
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to present products attractively in-store or digitally
- Ability to work well within a team environment. This is a 2 person team in a retail showroom environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on active listening and personalised service

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
