Welcome to Airquee – Europe’s largest and most respected inflatable manufacturer – and we’re looking for a confident, commercially minded Leisure Sales Executive to join our UK sales team in Leicester.
About the Role
This is a proactive sales role focused on growing our leisure, attractions and holiday park customer base across the UK.
You’ll be speaking with venues that want to add new revenue streams, improve guest experience, drive repeat visits and stand out from their competition.
From inflatable play products and obstacle courses to bespoke attractions, branded units, waterpark products and full leisure solutions, you’ll help customers choose the right products for their site, budget and business goals.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait sales job.
It’s for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, following up properly and closing deals.
You’ll manage the full journey: enquiry → advice → quote → order → happy customer → repeat business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Speaking to new and existing leisure customers every day
Generating new opportunities through outbound calls, emails and follow-ups
Turning inbound enquiries into orders
Building relationships with leisure centres, holiday parks, attractions and activity venues
Advising customers on the right products for their site, audience and return on investment
Selling stock products, bespoke inflatables and larger leisure solutions
Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to order
Keeping customer notes, quotes and opportunities updated in our CRM
Attending trade shows, open days and occasional client visits
Working closely with our design, production, logistics and marketing teams
Helping grow Airquee’s presence in the UK leisure and attractions market

Sales experience is great, but attitude, confidence and drive matter just as much.
Experience in leisure, attractions, holiday parks, events, play, family entertainment, sales or manufacturing would be a strong advantage.
What You Get
£30,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission
Realistic OTE £40,000–£60,000+
