We’re looking for a passionate, Guest relations executive to join our small team looking after luxury properties in The Lake District. Based in Windermere, you will be responsible for answering the phone, dealing with guest enquiries and bookings, general office duties, diary organisation, stock management and keeping the office tidy and looking great.
We are a small, friendly hardworking team, and are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude and friendly, outdoing personality. No experience is required as all training can be provided on the job. The below skills are desirable.
· IT literate across all MS office software – Word/Excel/Outlook
· Ability to problem solve/work in a busy office
· Flexibility of days/hours
· Interest in property
· Full driving licence and own vehicle
