What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll:
- Source top talent through digital tools, referrals and networking
- Interview and assess candidates
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiate offers and make placements
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process
- Become a specialist within your chosen technology market
