We have a huge pipeline of social housing voids (vacant property works).
We are transitioning to a price work structure and we are looking to offer kitchen fitting and tiling, dry lining repairs, fire door installs, laminate & vinyl floor fitting, install and plumbing in of kitchen pipework, install of bathroom suites and plumbing in of associated pipework, painting and decorating and associated works out on a price.
This would be a labour only arrangement and we will ensure all materials are on site prior to your arrival.
Works can we carried out 7 days a week.
Prices to be agreed and will be calculated on NATFED rates, but once works are available to you we require a quick turn around.
References are required and we will check them.
