Senior Designer
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Façade Designer to join our growing design team. You’ll take a key role in delivering the design of complete building envelope packages on some of the UK’s most prestigious construction projects, spanning commercial offices, residential developments and hospitality schemes.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for developing and coordinating façade designs from concept through to construction, ensuring technical excellence, buildability and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Working closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and our in-house teams, you’ll help deliver innovative and practical façade solutions on large, complex projects. You will report directly to the Design Manager / Lead Design Manager and will be a key role in the Design team, ensuring the accurate production of drawings and designs in accordance with client specifications. Candidates must have a proven, successful track record of a similar role, using AutoCAD, for products such as curtain walling, windows, doors, cladding and rainscreens. Candidates will need to be motivated, flexible, work well under pressure with exceptional attention to detail.
It would be advantageous for candidates to possess in-depth knowledge of current regulations governing façade construction, as well as a strong understanding of passive fire protection products, systems, and their practical application in delivering compliant and safe façade solutions.
