We’re hiring a Senior Designer to manage all aspects of design for commercial projects. About the role
You’ll be responsible for developing and coordinating façade designs from concept through to construction, ensuring technical excellence, buildability and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Working closely with architects, consultants, contractors and our in-house teams, you’ll help to deliver innovative and practical façade solutions on large, complex projects. You will report directly to the Design Manager / Lead Design Manager and will play a key role in the Design team, ensuring the accurate production of drawings and designs in accordance with client specifications.
Experience & Key Skills required:
- Proven experience at a senior level in façade design within a specialist façade contractor or building envelope environment
- Strong technical knowledge of curtain walling, cladding, glazing, rainscreen systems and associated façade products
- Experience delivering large-scale commercial, residential, or hospitality project
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD/BIM software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Motivated and flexible with exceptional attention to detail
