Role Overview
Support textile manufacturing operations while maintaining high production quality and operational efficiency.
Duties
- Monitor and control the textile production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct detailed analysis of production data to identify areas for improvement and optimise operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain HACCP procedures across all stages of manufacturing to ensure food safety compliance where applicable.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks throughout the production cycle, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine quality control protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in training staff on quality standards, safety procedures, and analysis techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inspection results, and compliance documentation.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and technological advancements related to textile manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in textile production or a related manufacturing environment.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and their application within textile or food-related industries is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Relevant qualifications in textiles, quality management, or industrial processes are advantageous.
