This is a great opportunity for an ambitious person to join our fast-growing team, based in the Midlands. This is a varied and key role supporting the Business Unit Manager. Activities include proposal and tender coordination, document and information management, general admin duties and overall support to the team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised with a minimum of 12 months experience in an office based environment/administration role.
KEY ACTIVITIES & TASKS
Coordination and collation of ITT and RFQ documents using company systems including InspHire.
Provide administrative support to various departments
Support in the oversight of the bid/tender/quote preparation and approvals
Follow up on the status of sales/rental proposals
Maintain proposal tracking within CRM and InspHire from initial receipt to win/loss
PO creation for suppliers
Liaise with supply chain partners to obtain supplier quotes
Assist in collecting relevant QHSE documents/information for vendor or proposal registration
Support the development of all sales, rental and spare parts quotes ensuring all appropriate documents are attached e.g. T’s & C’s, technical data etc.
Keep all sales records up to date on the network
Develop data and reports to support sales team
Assist BD with orderly handover to operations where required
Compile folder structure for proposals and ITTs
Assist with the material preparation of sales/BD meetings and conferences
Support stakeholders in meeting deadlines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of their input

Contribute to OSSO’s and any rig safety card system
Personal Specification
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
Minimum 12 months experience in an office based/administrative role
Experience with database management systems (InspHire preferred but not essential)
Experience with Client Relationship Management Systems such as Salesforce preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
SKILLS
Client communication, report writing, competent with computer programs – Excel and Word, ability to problem solve, confident working independently and as part of a team, ability to use own Initiative.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
