We're looking for an organised, professional and detail-focused Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join our friendly office team.
About the Role
This is an office-based, computer-focused role where you'll be supporting customers from their initial enquiry through to the successful completion of their order.
Most of your day will be spent using our order management systems, responding to customer emails, telephone calls, processing orders and ensuring customer information is accurate before production.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, problem solving and providing exceptional customer service in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries by telephone, email and online chat.
- Process customer quotations and sales orders accurately, ensuring all customer requirements are captured correctly.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on our products and services.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate information across our internal systems.
- Liaise with production and other departments to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Keep customers informed of order progress and resolve any queries promptly.
- Work across multiple computer systems throughout the day.
- Carry out data entry and general office administration tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Prioritise workloads effectively while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous experience in an office administration, customer service, sales support or order processing role.
- Is confident using computers throughout the working day and can quickly learn new software systems.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Has a proactive attitude and enjoys solving problems.
- Is confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Desirable Experience
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
