Duties
- Lead and manage all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and merchandising standards
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer interactions
- Maintain organized merchandise displays that attract customers and promote products effectively
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue opportunities
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory control, and record-keeping with precision
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Communicate clearly with staff through effective phone etiquette and organizational skills to foster teamwork
Experience
- Proven management experience in retail or a related customer-focused environment
- Supervising or team management experience with a track record of motivating staff toward success
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team in a multilingual or bilingual setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to connect with customers and team members effectively
- Demonstrated ability in merchandising, sales management, and organizational planning
- Experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory control, or reporting is highly desirable
- Familiarity with retail management software or POS systems is a plus
