TITLE: FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER – VENDING SERVICES
Region: Cannock area, to include Hednesford, Walsall, Stafford, Burntwood & Brownhills.
ME Group International Plc are looking for an experienced and successful Engineer to join our growing team.

The Field Service Engineer will ensure the smooth operation of ME Group machines across their allocated territory by carrying out regular servicing, diagnosing and repairing faults, and responding to breakdowns. This role is key to maintaining machine uptime, customer satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Service and maintain machines according to company schedules and procedures.
· Ensure correct spare parts and consumables are obtained and replenished in a timely manner.
· Clean, wash, and polish machines to maintain high presentation standards.
· Diagnose and repair faulty equipment efficiently and effectively.
· Respond to breakdown calls within the required lead time to minimise downtime.
· Follow all routine procedures, policies, and reporting requirements.
· Maintain accurate service records and submit reports as required.
· Comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act and any related amendments.
· Represent ME Group International PLC in a professional manner with customers, suppliers, and the public.
· Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
· Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by ME Group.

Requirements
· Must live within the posted territory.
· Full, clean UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).
· Physically able to handle machine servicing and cleaning tasks.
· Previous experience in field service engineering, maintenance, or a similar technical role is desirable.
· Full time, 39 hours per week Monday - Friday
· Salary £ 28,769.90 plus quarterly target-based bonus scheme

The role may involve shift work and unsocial hours to make sure there's cover throughout the production process. Extended hours may be required to meet deadlines or to introduce new systems. We offer a voluntary on call scheme for emergencies which may arise.
