Job Summary
The Quality and Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that organisational processes and products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes, products, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Analyse data from quality control tests and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with departments to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and compliance status for senior management.
- Facilitate training programmes for staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
- Monitor changes in legislation or industry standards that could impact organisational compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
