Mobile Supervisor
Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Mobile Supervisor to join our response division. This role is based from Marpol Security HQ in Golborne and operates on 12-hour shift patterns of 17:30 to 05:30, working across the Northwest.
This is a key operational role within our growing business. Our mobile supervisor division conduct a wide variety of services protecting the people, premises and assets for our client base across the Northwest.
As a Mobile Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in supporting our mobile operations, maintaining high service standards, and providing support to our officers and clients across the area.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out a range of foot and vehicle patrols, opening and securing business premises, and responding to a variety of alarm activations.
- Solving logistical challenges to consistently meet our business service levels, working independently and as part of a wider team. You’ll have the support of your colleagues and our 24-hour Control Room for guidance, assistance, and reassurance.
- Managing client keys in accordance with relevant British Standards, including BS 7984 and BS 7499.
- Ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of incidents following attendance at client locations, with appropriate escalation to our dedicated Control Room monitoring station.
- Conducting on-site welfare checks on static security officers working in the field.
- Maintaining high standards by challenging inappropriate behaviours, promoting best practice, supporting uniform and PPE distribution, and gathering feedback from colleagues through face-to-face welfare questionnaires.
- Following assignment instructions when carrying out patrols, alarm responses, and attendance at client premises.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of operational practices, identifying and escalating changes in the field environment and contributing to the review and updating of operational documentation.
- Completing daily vehicle and key checks at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with a wide range of people, including clients, colleagues, members of the public, and emergency services.
- Representing the company professionally at all times and ensuring that our security, safety, and customer service standards are consistently maintained.
Person Specification
Essential:
- Previous experience within the security industry
- Previous experience in a Mobile response role
- Good working knowledge of electronic applications and mobile technology, including tablets and smartphones
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, particularly when dealing with incidents, alarms or challenging situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Professional and proactive attitude acting as an ambassador for the company
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader or operational role
- Previous experience of using Security Industry applications

Pay: £15.00 per hour
