Role: Mobile Fabric Engineer (with electrical)
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Location: Camberley , GU16 7AL

We're looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer who will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of general / fabric maintenance and support tasks across our clients sites in the South East.
Role Responsibilities:
- Minor building fabric repairs. including relamping of defective luminaries, minor decorating and minor plumbing repairs, furniture building.
- Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, flushing of little used outlets / water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc.).
- Participation in standby rota for emergency calls, outside normal working hours. (currently 1 in 3)
- Monthly utilities meter readings.
- First line response to reactive repairs.
Required Qualifications:
- Full, current driving license.
- Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, in a corporate or similar environment.
- Qualified in Electrical working - Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds - preferred but not essential.
