CTS Wholesale is a successful office products distributor based in Yoxall, Staffordshire. We are looking for someone to join our IT team and help with the day-to-day IT needs of the business.
You do not need previous experience working in IT.
We are looking for someone who is confident using computers, enjoys problem-solving and is willing to learn. You might be someone who is naturally comfortable using computers or enjoys helping others when they have a problem.Full training will be provided on our systems and processes.
What you'll be doing
The role is varied, but your day-to-day work could include:
- Helping staff with computer and system problems
- Setting up computers, printers and other equipment
- Helping people use Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
- Setting up users and customer website access
- Helping with basic customer technical queries
- Assisting with problems involving our internal systems
- Helping maintain computers and other IT equipment around the business
- Carrying out basic data and spreadsheet tasks
- Working with our external IT support company when needed
- Learning how our different systems work
- Helping the IT team with general day-to-day tasks and projects
As you gain experience, you'll have the opportunity to learn more about the different IT systems used across the business.

Experience using computers through work, hobbies, college, personal projects or your own interests is welcome, but not essential.
