We are looking for a full-time Early Years practitioner with relevant level 3 qualification to join our experienced, dedicated, and friendly staff team. The opportunity is to work in our established nursery based in a large house and gardens based in Dogsthorpe Peterborough. We are proud to have consistently achieved OUTSTANDING on our Ofsted inspections.
We care for children 9months to school age, based in family groups with their key staff, we are passionate about indoor and outdoor play, building the best life foundations for every child. Working in partnership with parents and other childcare professionals, our ethos is to create a homely environment with lots of learning and fun opportunities where children can flourish.There is lots of outdoor space including forest school. It is busy, it is demanding but it’s also fun and rewarding and we are proud of the great team we have.

Wage, depending on experience. £22880 to £24000per annum
The applicant must have a relevant qualification and be available to attend mandatory training. Also-
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting is preferred
- Knowledge of child development and early years curriculum
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
