Self-Employed Cleaning Contractor
Nexalvia Elite International Ltd is looking for reliable, professional and experienced self-employed cleaning contractors to join our growing network of service providers across Kent, Sussex and London.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in delivering high cleaning standards and are comfortable working independently at residential and commercial properties.
Duties
- Regular residential cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- End-of-tenancy cleaning
- Move-in / move-out cleaning
- After-builders and renovation cleaning
- Commercial and office cleaning
- Property preparation cleaning
Skills
- Previous professional cleaning experience preferred
- High attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to travel to agreed client locations
- Access to suitable transport where required
- Own suitable professional cleaning equipment and materials for accepted assignments
- Self-employed status or willingness to register as self-employed where appropriate
- Pay: start from £13.00 per hour, depending on the type of assignment, experience and requirements of the job.Important information:
This is a self-employed contractor opportunity. Work is offered on a job-by-job basis according to client demand, location and availability.
There are no guaranteed minimum hours or ongoing work. Contractors are free to accept or decline individual assignments offered to them.
Successful applicants may be considered for future assignments across Kent, Sussex and London as opportunities become available.
