The post holder will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing safe, effective Out of Hours care to the health community of North Wales and
will provide a comprehensive and high-quality administration and reception service for the North Wales GP Out of Hours Service acting as first point of contact for patients attending the appropriate treatment centre for appointments.
The post holder will manage the “Treatment Centre Holding Queue” ensuring that appointments and home visits are allocated to the most
appropriate locality and clinician thus promoting patient safety and achievement of access targets as set by the Welsh Assembly Government.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
