We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiting staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve not only serving drinks but also engaging with customers to enhance their experience.
Duties
- Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
Skills
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing tabs.
- Strong hospitality background with a focus on guest services.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a friendly rapport with customers.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to assisting colleagues in the kitchen or bar area as needed.

Pay: £12.71-£14.66 per hour
