Job Summary

Duties
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance procedures to uphold product safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines, facilities, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality checks, audit results, and corrective actions taken.
- Lead analysis of quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols and other relevant safety standards.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance practices, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance within manufacturing or food production environments.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and implementation is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail paired with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate issues and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Relevant certifications in quality management or related fields are a plus.
