As Deputy Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the scheme, providing a consistent and visible leadership presence for residents and staff. Working closely with the Extra Care Manager, you will lead our dedicated staff team to ensure the service remains safe, well-managed and responsive to residents’ needs.
The successful candidate will thrive within a housing and support environment, helping residents to maintain their independence, access services, and sustain their tenancies, while liaising with independent care providers and other partner agencies where required.
This role requires a confident, resilient individual, capable of managing the challenges of operating a partially occupied scheme within an active construction environment. You will play a key role in maintaining stability for residents and responding effectively to the impact of ongoing works on daily operations.
