The Role
As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of the café experience. You’ll work independently with confidence, while thriving as part of a supportive team. You’ll bring warmth, personality, and precision to every interaction — because to us, service is just as important as the coffee.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering welcoming, consistent, and engaging customer experiences — turning first-time visitors into regulars
- Crafting exceptional coffee and café beverages using industry-leading equipment
- Following best-in-class food safety and quality standards
- Managing stock levels and minimising waste
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Bringing our brand to life through product knowledge, service standards, and community engagement
- Supporting marketing and operational initiatives to help grow your local café community

- Calm and efficient under pressure — especially during busy rush periods
- Passionate about coffee and hospitality
- A strong communicator and confident multitasker

- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
What You’ll Need
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Availability that meets café needs
Part-Time:
24 hours per week
3 days availability required
Must be available for 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Full-Time:
35 hours per week
4–5 days availability required
Must be available for 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
