About Maple Lodge
Maple Lodge is a newly developed service comprising five self-contained flats, thoughtfully designed to provide a calm, structured, and homely environment. Every aspect of the service has been created to promote wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.
We provide specialist residential support for adults with:
- Learning disabilities
- Autism spectrum conditions
- Neurodevelopmental differences
- Behavioural support needs
- Mental health conditions
- Dual diagnosis
- Communication differences
- Sensory processing needs
- Alternative communication methods

The Role
As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs. You'll help people develop confidence, independence, life skills, and meaningful community connections while ensuring they feel safe, respected, and valued.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities
- Encouraging independence and personal choice
- Building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing
- Supporting access to community activities and appointments
- Following support plans and established routines
- Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team
- Providing a safe, consistent, and structured environment
About You
We're looking for people who are:
· Caring, patient, and reliable
· Positive, friendly, and calm in their approach
· Motivated and able to use their own initiative
· Passionate about helping people achieve independence
· Comfortable supporting individuals within the community
· Able to work within established routines and clear boundaries
No previous experience is required. Full training, ongoing development, and continued support will be provided to help you succeed in your role.
Shift Patterns
Flexibility to work weekends is essential.
- Day Shifts: possibly 8am-8pm or 10am-10pm dependent upon the people we support needs
- Waking Night Shifts: 8pm-8am or 10pm-10am dependent upon the people we support needs
