Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty treatments and services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role requires a blend of technical skills in beauty treatments, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage front desk operations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide a range of beauty treatments including gel nails, BIAB, manicures, pedicures, waxing, tinting, perming and eyelash extensions.
- Perform deep tissue massages, facials and other therapeutic services preferably.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable during their visits.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet business goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas and front desk.
- Engage in social media management to promote services and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a harmonious working environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy or cosmetology (HND qualification preferable)
- Proven experience in customer service within the beauty or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Experience in upselling products or services is desirable.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated with the latest trends.
