£32,000.00 - £37,000.00 Per year

We're looking for an Employment and Skills Coach to help residents build confidence , develop skills, and access meaningful employment opportunities .
Based at our Greenham office, working hybrid with a minimum of two days a week working in the office/out in the community .
A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential as travel throughout the region may be required.
The Role:
You'll work directly with residents to understand their needs, aspirations , and barriers. Through a blend of digital, phone, and face‑to‑face support , you'll guide them toward training, work placements, and sustainable employment . You'll collaborate with local partners, community organisations , and internal teams to create opportunities that support long‑term progression. You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering tailored advice, guidance, and coaching
- Creating personalised action plans and managing a varied caseload.
- Providing in‑work support to help residents sustain employment and continue developing .
- Contributing to externally funded programmes, local initiatives , and partnership‑based community projects.
- Maintaining accurate records, track outcomes, and ensure services meet SNG's standards.
What you'll bring:
- Experience delivering professional advice, guidance, or employment support using a coaching approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
- A genuine passion for helping customers achieve their goals and thrive.
- (Desirable) A Level 4 qualification in Advice & Guidance or willingness to work towards one.
- (Desirable) Understanding of data quality monitoring and reconciliation methods.
A basic DBS check will also be undertaken for the successful candidate.
