Compassion First Home Care is a private home care provider based in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. We are currently the highest-rated home care provider in both Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwickshire, and are rated Good by the CQC across all five domains, with an Outstanding rating for equity in experiences and outcomes.
Our aim is always to be the best home care provider in our region, which depends on care being delivered to the highest standard — done properly, by every carer, for every customer. To support this we have invested in a dedicated training facility at our Stratford-upon-Avon office and developed a structured, values-led induction programme for all new starters.
Our slogan is "Local care for local people". In practice, it means we are part of the community we serve: we recruit our team locally, and those local carers support local residents in their own homes — community caring for community.
