Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and talented NVQ Level 2/3 Hairdresser to join our team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair styling, cutting, colouring services to clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. This is a part time role with the opportunity to go full time in the future. We also offer a commission ontop of hourly rate.
Duties
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Assist clients with consultations to understand their desired look and recommend suitable treatments or styles.
- Maintain a clean and organised work station in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries efficiently.
Skills
- Proven experience in hairdressing with strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Strong communication skills for effective consultations and team collaboration.
- Salon experience is desired.
- Skilled in upselling retail products or additional services to maximise client satisfaction and revenue.
