Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Photobooth Assistant to join our team.
You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and dismantling photobooths at weddings, corporate events, and parties around Manchester and surrounding area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transporting photobooth equipment to and from event venues.
- Assembling and testing the equipment before the event starts.
- Assisting guests with props, the photobooth interface, and printing photos.
- Ensuring the booth area remains clean and organized.
- Packing down equipment safely at the end of the event.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment .
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with the photobooth to ensure continuous operation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the equipment and surrounding area throughout events.
- Support with event preparation, including assembling props or backdrops as required.
- Engage with guests to create a fun, lively atmosphere that encourages participation.
- Collect feedback from guests to improve future experiences.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, event assistance, or photography is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by events.
- Basic technical aptitude to operate electronic equipment effectively.
- Organised with good attention to detail to ensure smooth event operations.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine interest in creating enjoyable guest experiences.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events and carry light equipment if necessary.
