We are a fast growing independent burger chain with sites in Congleton and Whitchurch and we are looking at expanding our team in our Whitchurch branch.
Previous management experience is preferred but not necessary as full training would be provided to the right candidate.
The right candidate would:
- Have a passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction
- Be a warm, bubbly person with a friendly face
- Be a keen problem solver with an eye for detail
Responsibility's would include:
- Oversee the day to day running's of the restaurant
- Supervise a small team of staff, ensuring they are trained in all areas of the restaurant
- Implement and enforce company policy and procedure
- Monitor Inventory levels and order supplies when needed
Rate of pay dependant on experience
Must be 18+
