What We Offer
- Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship (fully funded)
- Starting pay of £8.00 per hour
- 13–14 month apprenticeship programme
- Minimum 30 hours per week, full-time role

Your Role
As an apprentice, you will learn how to:
- Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities
- Assist with daily routines and ensure children’s safety and wellbeing
- Create a positive, safe, and engaging environment
- Observe and support children’s progress and development
- Work as part of a friendly nursery team
What We’re Looking For
- GCSE Maths & English Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable and willing to learn
- Childcare experience is beneficial but not essential
